The output and the zone heating can be variably controlled, which meets the requirements of modern extrusion presses. In addition, preheating stations, locking piece heaters for indirect presses and stamp heaters can be realized with this technology. The heating systems are equipped with a quick-change device.

This innovation solves the critical problem of overheating at the heater rod bore. Existing resistance heaters can easily be combined with COP cartridges™ – without making any changes to the recipient.
