IAS has successfully commissioned a crucible melting furnace in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and has received the Final Acceptance Certificate. The crucible furnace system has a capacity of 400 kg and is mainly designed for copper and copper alloys. It is equipped with the latest generation power supply, type ITN6, which follows a modular concept with the rectifier integrated in the inverter module.
